Im definitely getting a grey after my two. Its funny how everyone gets a puppy but when I got my Jack Russell mix puppy Im just like Im never going to get a puppy again. I just loooooove greys so much and they match my lifestyle and personality so perfectly. Submarine attacking navy destroyer with deck guns. Hollywood : iNsPiReD bY ActUaL eVeNt. Almost 20 years after 9-11 and honestly, I think this is too soon, at least for those of us who were adults at the time. In that situation in reality, the pilots are trained to switch the cameras off as soon as they get the code, and just concentrate on landing the plane. Scary, but that's an actual procedure since 9/11.

Ill tell yous something, that scene will go in the books for being one of the most powerful movie scenes in history. Lovely dogs. ❤️. Nice CGI, but the movie itself. there are still 4 U-Boats around and these guys have nothing better to do that to bury the dead? Really? One moment and all of them can be dead. Was this minute of unfitting patriotism really necessary.

They sounded like daenerys's dragons lmao. Omg they get along with chickens at 1:51 that a plus. Since I'm looking for a dog to protect my girls (hens) from stray cat. I am pretty sure that there were some extra scenes that were cut out of this movie as i remember watching the trailer a while back and seeing more of an introduction to the command and the Naval journey.
That said, this movie was very well done. It does cut out a lot of the slow drama and build up that a lot of these movies have, and it gets right into the heart of the action from the start. For some that may be a bad thing, but i found that it just captured my attention quicker as many movies often make too much out of the prelude to the action scenes.
The scenery and CGI was nicely done and Tom Hanks was excellent. This wasn't a fancy movie with a big shocking ending, it was a nice steady action movie. It keeps you hooked and you feel like you are truly along for the ride. The drama and relationships to the characters is subtle but it is there. I would say it was definitely an emotional journey - one that made you connect to the loss of life that was experienced on these journeys.
A very good job from Mr Hanks - not Oscar worthy - but one to watch again and again.

Text: I've been looking forward to this movie. But unfortunately -
1. It's convoluted. Hard to keep actions and consequences straight.
2. Hanks seems too soft. Not sure if that was the point.
3. Story seems to run in circles.
4. CGI is muddy.
5. Constant title descriptions are annoying.
6. What's with the whale sound when showing the uboats?
7. A few characters get killed off. We can barely care because they are undeveloped. Wow this was beautifully made. And the electroboat at the end.

Im so happy. i cant wait. I read the book about 15 times

I have 3 of these beautiful creatures. I guess you could say I got carried away with greyhound rescue. Oh well. They bring me so much joy. I recommend one for everyone, no matter where you are in the world or in your life. I recommend two as well. Or three. Or... And they are the only large breed dogs that live longer than 10 years.
